Integrated Advertising Campaign for Digital and Print Media

The Ask

This linkage project involves art directors (Ad & Graphic Design students) and photographers (Media Communication students) to create a cohesive advertising campaign across billboards, print magazines, and web banners.

The focus is developing a message-driven concept for a product/brand using studio-shot images. Key skills needed include concept development, creative collaboration, art direction, technical layout design, audience engagement, and studio photography oversight to ensure the campaign is visually compelling and aligns with the brand’s messaging.

The Learnings

This linkage project turned out to be an incredible experience for us, giving us a more in-depth look at what goes into a real photoshoot setup. We got hands-on with everything from coordinating materials to bringing our creative vision to life, and it really taught us how important preparation, teamwork, and attention to detail are for achieving great results. While we did face a few bumps along the way, these challenges helped us adapt, think on our feet, and keep our eyes on the prize. The skills and resilience we gained will definitely serve us well in our future careers. Overall, it boosted both our technical know-how and our confidence in tackling real-world professional scenarios.
